We accept Cash, Check, Card, HSA/FSA, or Personal Injury Protection (PIP) through Auto Insurance.
Auto Insurance
In Michigan, every driver is required to have insurance which also includes PIP in case you are injured in an accident. There are two types of PIP coverage through auto insurance, the first is coordinated which means your PIP covers anything related to the accident that your regular health insurance doesn't cover. The second is uncoordinated meaning that your auto insurance is the primary and sole payer for any medical expenses related to your motor vehicle accident.
Health Insurance
At Forever Oak Health Center we offer a comprehensive experience that is in your best interest but which insurance companies are notorious for not covering because it is in their best interests not to. That is why we are very selective in which insurance we accept at our office. Please call to find out if your insurance is accepted at this time, as we are regularly updating our in network qualifications.
You can still be reimbursed for your care, even if we don't directly bill your insurance.
The insurance company values your business and will treat you with respect, if you have Out Of Network Benefits you can easily get your reimbursement directly from them when you provide them with a "superbill" which details charges and payments made.
How this works: You come to your appointment and pay any fees at the time of service, we provide you with a superbill that has all your charges and diagnosis codes on it, you contact your insurance company and provide them this superbill, and finally they send you a check based on your coverage.
